NICU - Day 7

Tuesday, May 10th
Today started off with a Mother's Day Tea in Lily's CLC class!

Kyndall is still continuing to improve! The cpap was removed, meaning she is not needing any oxygen, she is breathing great on her own! Praise God! She is still loosing a little weight, but we expect that to turn around soon. She is now receiving .26 cc's at each feeding (8x a day) and keeping everything down.

She had to stay under the bili lights again today but hopefully will get to take those purple shades off soon so you can see her cute little face!

Kyndall smiled for mommy 3 times today while they were cuddling and she was singing to her!
She really loves it when mommy sings...
"He's got itty bitty Kyndall, in His hands,
He's got itty bitty Kyndall, in His hands,
He's got itty bitty Kyndall, in His hands,
He's got the whole world in His hands!"

Proud daddy!
We left the house today at 8:30am and didn't come home until 8:30pm. Been a loooong day!
Gonna try to take it easy tomorrow!
